The Highlight team is excited to debut a newly reimagined and even more powerful, insightful product testing platform. In 2023, Highlight first launched our platform to revolutionize the product testing industry. This next phase of the Highlight platform’s evolution makes conducting high-quality, research-grade physical product testing faster and more efficient than ever before. 

 

Highlight has helped hundreds of brands—including Nestlé, Estée Lauder, P&G, Target, Sakara, and Hanes—test hundreds of thousands of products. With feedback from customers like these and many more, Highlight’s software development teams have been empowered to build the platform that CPG, retail, and industries beyond need to create better products. Easily configurable survey setup turns every user into a research pro

With Solution Blueprints, Highlight’s new research setup and survey builder, anyone can be an IHUT (in-home usage testing) expert.

 

Highlight’s in-house research experts have worked hand-in-hand with our software development teams to build research methodologies that weave sensory and insights together across the development lifecycle:

Automated quick, easy, and accurate analysis with Scorecard

Highlight’s new analytics suite puts actionable insights in customer hands immediately and automatically.  

 

Post-research, the new Highlight experience automatically generates:

  • Your Scorecard to summarize and compare key metrics
  • A downloadable crosstabs spreadsheet for full statistical analysis
  • Full dataset of all results and respondent information
  • Photos collected during research for download

 

Automated post-research analysis also includes the insights most relevant to your business questions, such as penalty analysis and alienation analysis.
